What is the English scoring standard for immigration to Australia?

Language ability: IELTS score 4 6 (competent? English-IELTS), you can add 0 points;

IELTS single item 4 7 points (proficient? English-IELTS), you can add 10;

Extra points for having a STEM degree:

A research-oriented master's degree or doctor's degree (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) in STEM related majors in Australia can be added with 10;

Extra points for studying in Australia:

Full-time study for more than 2 years, can add 5 points;
