Article 71 The Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall exercise the following functions and powers:

If the investigation committee considers that there is sufficient evidence to constitute the above allegations, with the approval of a two-thirds majority of all members, the Legislative Council may propose an impeachment case and report it to the Central People's Government for decision.
