1. People who enter and leave the west in low-risk areas of other provinces in this city must hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, green code of health code and travel code, move freely, and consciously abide by good hygiene habits such as washing hands frequently, wearing masks, constant ventilation and less gathering.

2. Employees in low-risk areas outside the province and key industries in the province shall, in addition to the requirements of the original notice, conduct another nucleic acid test after entering the west, conduct nucleic acid test on the seventh day and the fourth day of home health monitoring, and conduct inspections in towns and counties.

3. Those who remain in the middle risk area have yellow code, and the nucleic acid test is negative. The new regulations will implement 7 days of home isolation medical observation and 1, 4 and 7 nucleic acid tests.

4. All towns and villages must pay close attention to overseas return. At present, Tianjin, Anyang, Yuzhou and other high-risk areas are returning to China, and the personnel assigned with red team and yellow code are thoroughly investigated and controlled; Pay attention to the dynamic changes in high-risk areas and the requirements of different risk areas for epidemic prevention and control policies, and adjust prevention and control measures in time; Do a good job in investigating and persuading those who intend to return to Shuang Jie; Fully implement the five-package and one-control measures for all key groups to ensure that there are no omissions and no dead ends in the investigation and control.
