The residential electricity price includes at least five kinds of "surcharges", such as national major water conservancy project construction fund, reservoir resettlement support fund, rural power grid repayment fund, urban public utilities surcharge and renewable energy electricity price surcharge. Among them, the "National Major Water Conservancy Project Construction Fund" is transformed from the "Three Gorges Water Conservancy Construction Fund", which is called temporary project investment, and it is still charged for "outdated".
