Is it really feasible for human beings to permanently immigrate to Mars?

With the existing technology, it is completely impossible, because the average temperature of Mars is only -55 degrees, and the atmosphere is very thin and the air pressure is very low. There is 95% carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and there is no water on Mars, so human beings can't survive on Mars at all.
