The premise of this scheme is that the applicant must have overseas permanent resident status or have legally lived overseas for more than one year, and the China passport holder shall submit the application from overseas.

4. Investing in immigrants

Also known as the Capital Investor Access Plan, it was implemented on October 27th, 2003 and suspended on October 5th, 20 15.

The purpose of its establishment is to allow any capital investor to bring not less than RMB 6,543,800+million to Hong Kong, but will not participate in any business in Hong Kong and come to Hong Kong for residence. 5. Immigrants studying abroad
