Every citizen should bear certain responsibilities and obligations to the country. The elite enjoy more national resources and wealth, have the ability to make great contributions to the development of the country, and should bear greater responsibilities than ordinary citizens.

However, in order to better develop their abilities, enjoy life and become citizens of other countries, elites are bound to assume more obligations of other countries. How can they spend a lot of energy to take care of their responsibilities in the motherland? When the elites in the scientific field can't bring the core technology back to the motherland, the elites in the medical field can't better fulfill their bounden duty of saving the lives of the motherland, and the elites in the education field can't make the peaches and plums in the garden more fragrant. How can this lack of responsibility not be condemned by public opinion?

Second, as far as the country is concerned, elite migration has caused a great loss of national resources, which is not conducive to the long-term development of the country. The country has spent a lot of manpower and material resources to train elite talents. Only when elites play a role in their own fields can they repay the resources of the country and promote its development.

It costs the country 870,000 resources to train a doctor, and elite immigrants become citizens of other countries, which just shows that the resources spent by the motherland are wasted. After elite migration, it promoted the development of other countries, but aggravated the resource gap in China, weakened the strength of China, and brought great pressure to the national development of China.

Third, from a social perspective, elite migration has triggered a bad atmosphere, which is not conducive to the maintenance of social core values. As leaders in various fields, elites have a profound influence on the public and are examples of public respect and admiration. When elite spread immigrants can get better development, but in fact, it is only for better welfare and other private interests, and many people in society will go abroad blindly.

Under the guidance of this erroneous idea, if everyone only pursues the maximization of personal interests, abandons collective interests and no longer believes in and serves others, and forms a distorted value system, our social development will be in jeopardy. If we don't condemn it, should we let the core values of morality and society collapse?
