Do high school students studying in China drive cars or motorcycles at school?

As long as your parents allow you to take a driver's license in high school, you can. But if it exceeds 16, parents' consent is required. At the age of 18, you can decide for yourself. You don't need to go through your parents.

If you study in a public school, there should be no rules about when you can start school. As long as your parents give you a car, the insurance will be fine.
