Can a Brazilian red card immigrate to Australia?

According to the regulations, holders of permanent residence permit for Brazilian foreigners (commonly known as red card) are not allowed to leave the country for more than 2 years at a time; Holders of permanent residence permits for Brazilian foreigners (commonly known as white stripes) may not leave the country for more than 90 days at a time.

Some overseas Chinese who have stayed abroad for more than the above-mentioned period are prohibited from entering the country, resulting in the loss of local legal residence qualifications.
