The Nanyang-Dengzhou Expressway construction project has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province, and the Department of Natural Resources of Henan Province has issued pre-examination opinions on the project land. In order to ensure the land demand of Nanyang-Dengzhou Expressway construction project, according to the provisions of Article 45 and Article 47 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, it is decided through research that the land requisition announcement is hereby issued:

First, the scope and ownership of the expropriated land

The expropriated land is located inside and outside the urban planning circle of dengzhou city, involving Huozhuang Village, Qianzhuang Village, Gexi Village, Zhazhuang Village, Niuzhuang Village, Sanjiao Village, Liuzhuang Village, Bailong Village, Zhangzhuang Village, Zhangbozhuang Village and Gaosun Village in Gedong Town. Ganqu Village, Bainiu Township, formerly Zhang Cun; Zhaipo Village, Zhangmei Village and Gao Tai Village in Xia Ji Township; Sihou Village, Li Jiacun Village, Liulou Village, Gengjia Village and Zhang Youfang Village in Zhanglou Township; Yanzheng Village, Qingzhongpo Village, Fang Ying Village and Huang Yu Village in Peiying Township; Shilipu Community, Tuanhe Sub-district Office; Jiangzhuang Village, Duanying Village, Taishan Village, Konglou Village and Caiying Village in Wen Qu Township; Gaogang Village, Wangzhuang Village, Chiming Village, Dai Gang Village and lizhuang village in Gaoji Town; Collective land of Shijia Village and Gaoying Village in Pengqiao Town.

Second, the purpose of the proposed land acquisition

The land expropriated this time is used for traffic and highway projects, which is in line with Article 45 of the Land Management Law and the provisions of laws and regulations.

After the announcement of the launch, the natural resources and other relevant functional departments of our city will conduct a comprehensive investigation on the land to be expropriated.

Since the date of this announcement, no unit or individual is allowed to scramble for seeds, seeds and construction within the scope of the expropriated land. In violation of the provisions of the implementation, land acquisition will not be compensated.
