Information about Chen Zuiyun.

Chen Zuiyun, an internationally renowned Chinese-American calligrapher, has been invited by five major arts and literature committees in China. His name and representative works have been included in five works of art history, such as China Backbone and Art China. He is the only Chinese-American selected in these five books and awarded the title of "Master of Modern Calligraphy", which is another peak of Chen Zuiyun's artistic creation.

After being selected by Central Literature Publishing House in 2005 as the Monument to a Powerful Country and China Backbone by New China Publishing House, last year, Chen Zuiyun was selected by China Pictorial Publishing House as Art China and A Generation of Famous Artists, and was selected by China Publishing House as the World Dissemination Record of China's Cultural and Artistic Masterpieces (this volume was designated as the World Chinese Media Forum) and presented to the presidents and directors of Chinese media around the world. Chen Zuiyun's original "Drunken Clouds and Three Creations" calligraphy works were arranged in a prominent position, occupying a large space, and was named "Master of Modern Calligraphy Art", becoming the first American Chinese calligraphy artist to win this honor.

Chen Zuiyun, formerly known as Chen Yingru, is the owner of Zuiyun, a native of Donghuai Village, Duhu Town, Taishan City, Guangdong Province. When I was a child, I was deeply influenced by my grandfather Chen Shaodian's brushwork and devoted myself to calligraphy and poetry.

1962 immigrated to the United States and settled in San Francisco. Up to now, we still adhere to the belief of "eternal artistic value", persevere in hard training, break through the barriers of rut on the basis of inheriting tradition, boldly innovate, successfully integrate the strengths of a hundred schools of thought, fuse lines, grass and patterns in one furnace, and create our own "drunken cloud body"; Also created a number of "single orders" with several big characters in one breath; Inspired by seal script and hieroglyphics, he wrote "famous calligraphy paintings" such as Long Hufeng with extraordinary imagination, which was called "three creations of drunken clouds" and opened up a new realm of calligraphy art in China, and was praised as "a wonderful pen of contemporary Jinshan".

Chen Zuiyun's classic Long Tuzhu was auctioned in Bradford, one of the third largest auction houses in the United States, on June 27th, 2000, which set a historical record of ten thousand dollars' auction of famous calligraphers' works at a price four times higher than the reserve price, and was praised by the industry and the media as "a treasure of one word, an outstanding product".

Chen Zuiyun is not only a strong pioneer of modern calligraphy art, but also a strong and brave modern poet. His poems are informal in form, clear in love and hate, and concise. He is the author of Cold Star Collection, Music of Love and Drunk Gathering.
