Responsible for rural areas, agriculture, grain, forestry, water conservancy, civil affairs, family planning, aging, meteorology, hydrology, agricultural machinery, animal husbandry and aquatic products, supply and marketing, agricultural development, township enterprises, immigration, poverty alleviation, the cause of the disabled, the expansion of the Tiantianhe Reservoir, Yongzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, etc.
