Take a bus from Doumen to South Railway Station.

The landlord can take the buses 10 1, 1 and 207 (three stops are acceptable) at Liming overpass station, and then transfer to the bus line 15 (22 stops) and get off at the new railway station (Wenzhou South). The whole journey is about 1 hour.
