When will the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway be opened to traffic and when will Xinhua South Station be built?

At present, only Guiyang-Kunming section of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway has not been put into use, which is scheduled to be put into use at the end of 20 16.

The Hunan section of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway where Xinhua South Station is located was opened on 20 14 12 16, and Xinhua South Station was put into use on the same day.

Xinhua South Station, located at the junction of Zhaibian Village, Yuanshuang Village and Chaoyang Village, Yangxi Town, Xinhua County, Loudi City, Hunan Province, belongs to Guangzhou Railway (Group) Company and is a station in Hunan section of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway. It is about18km away from Xinhua County, 35km away from Lengshuijiang City and 92km away from Longhui County of Shaoyang City.

Xinhua South Station is 3,000 square meters; Two 4-wire groups are used as standard intermediate stations. The maximum passenger flow designed and sent by the station in a single day is more than 5000 passengers.

There are shuttle buses from the South High-speed Railway Station to Xinhua, Chaxi and Yangxi, shuttle buses from Xinhua to Banshan, Luohong, Yatian, Shuiche and Longhui County in Shaoyang, and taxis also go to Xinhua South Station.

At present, Xinhua South Station has 34 high-speed trains and 2 bullet trains stopping every day, which can directly reach Changsha, Guiyang, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Nanjing.
