How about Jian 'an Plain?

Jianan Plain is located in the southwest of Taiwan Province Province, including Chiayi County and Tainan County. The terrain is high in the east and low in the west. The mountain area to the east is Alishan. The foothills were cut off by Zeng Wenxi and divided into Chiayi Mountain in the north and Xinhuashan Mountain in the south. Covering Changhua County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Tainan County and Kaohsiung County, it is the largest plain and agricultural production area in Taiwan Province Province. It is formed by alluvial rivers such as Zhuoshui River, Beigang River, Bazhang River, Jishui River, Zengwen River, Yanshui River and Erren River.

The mountain area east of Jianan Plain is Alishan. The foothills were cut off by Zeng Wenxi and divided into Chiayi Mountain in the north and Xinhuashan Mountain in the south.

Jian 'an Plain is characterized by less rain and less sunshine. In the early days, many places were still watching the fields (the weather determines the harvest). It was not until Jian 'an Town was built that it was called "barn". In addition, due to climatic factors, there are rare sugar cane and salt fields in other geographical areas. Sugarcane, in particular, used to be the main export force of Taiwan Province Province. Combined with the sugar railway that used to run passenger transport, it formed the characteristics of plain countryside.
