Regulations on penalties for drunk driving

At the same time, the revised Road Traffic Safety Law also stipulates that anyone who drives a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol shall be temporarily detained for six months and fined between 65,438 yuan and 2,000 yuan in 0 yuan.
