1. issue a certificate of emigration to the household registration authority where the current household registration is located. Paragraph 10 of Article/kloc-0 of the Regulations on Household Registration stipulates that if a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of his household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for registration of moving out, obtain a certificate of moving out and cancel his household registration.

2. Go through the immigration formalities. Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Regulations on Household Registration stipulates that when a citizen moves, he/she or his/her household registration place shall declare his/her move to the household registration authority within 3 days in the city and 0/0 days in the countryside, and submit a transfer certificate.
