Do you know these procedures for account registration?

Because of employment, work, education, marriage, investment, policies and home ownership, many people need to move their accounts. Some people are not familiar with the process of household registration transfer, and their living and working places are far from their current household registration places. Blind handling is likely to waste time, energy and travel expenses.

Based on my own experience and understanding, this paper introduces the general process of household registration migration for reference only. As the regulations and policies of various localities and departments may be different, to obtain more authoritative and practical information, please directly consult the household registration administration authorities of your current household registration location and the place where you moved in.

Methods/steps

1. Consult the public security department (usually the local police station) in charge of household registration management in the place where you move in, and get the documents and materials needed in registered permanent residence, and then go to registered permanent residence. The format of the application is shown in the following figure 1.

When submitting an application, you must provide all kinds of documents and materials as required. For example, investment immigrants need to provide industrial and commercial registration information of the invested enterprise, colleges and universities need to provide admission notices, and marriage certificates are required to get married.

2. The competent department of household registration in the place of immigration (generally the household administration department of the county-level public security bureau in the place of immigration) shall review the application form and the attached materials. Those who pass the examination shall be issued with a Certificate of Permission to Move in (permission to move in); If it does not meet the conditions for moving in, the public security organ shall give a specific explanation; If the submitted materials are incomplete and fail to pass the examination, explanations will be given, and the applicant will review them according to the supplementary materials.

3. Then consult the police station in your current place of residence for the documents and materials needed for moving out, and then bring all kinds of documents and materials (such as the admission notice for further studies) and the card for moving out to the police station in your current place of residence. Figure 2 below shows an example of this application.

4. If the local police station agrees to move out, the household registration will be moved out and a household registration certificate will be issued; Do not meet the conditions for moving out, give an explanation; If the documents and materials are not complete, the applicant will be given a supplementary explanation, and the applicant needs to supplement the materials according to the explanation before he can pass the application for moving out.

Finally, bring all kinds of documents and materials, permit to move, household registration certificate, etc. Go to the local police station in registered permanent residence to register, issue a new household registration book and apply for a new ID card.

It should be noted that the ID card cannot be filled immediately, so it is best not to return the existing ID card first to facilitate work and life.
