What is the national security law of the port area?

The Law on National Security in the Port Area is the abbreviation of the Law on Safeguarding National Security in People's Republic of China (PRC), People's Republic of China (PRC) and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is an important legislative item formulated by the Decision of the National People's Congress on Establishing and Perfecting the Legal System and Law Enforcement Mechanism for Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region adopted at the 20th meeting of the 13th NPC Standing Committee. This law is a comprehensive law with substantive law, procedural law and organizational law.
