1. I want to apply for a school. What do I need?

The most basic application materials:

If you are a student, you need a transcript in Chinese and English, as well as proof that you are studying in Chinese and English.

If you have graduated, you need notarized documents of degree certificate, graduation certificate and report card with the highest academic qualifications.

IELTS, passport. (If any)

2. Do I need to send you the original materials?

No need. All the application materials, you just need to send a clear color scanned version to us by email or online.

3. What are conditional quotation, full quotation, packaged quotation and COE?

Con-offer: a conditional admission notice. The notice will specify the conditions that need to be met according to the different circumstances of the applicant in exchange for a formal and complete admission notice. For example, applicants are required to graduate from undergraduate courses, or to meet certain language requirements, or both.

Full discount: complete admission notice. You can exchange the full offer if you meet the admission conditions listed on Con-offer. Applicants need to pay the prepaid tuition fees listed in the full quotation to confirm the admission position.

Package Offer: supporting admission notice, usually referring to the supporting admission notice of language course+main course. Like the full Offer, the packaged Offer requires the applicant to pay the listed prepaid tuition fees to confirm the admission position.

Admission confirmation (CoE): Admission confirmation. The school will issue this electronic document after receiving the tuition fee paid by the applicant. At the same time, the entry and exit system will also display the confirmation status of students' admission position. You can submit your student visa after receiving the CoE.

4. Did the school mail me the admission notice and CoE?

Offer, CoE and even your visa will not be sent to you in paper form. In Australia, all documents related to studying abroad and visas will be sent to you or your study abroad consultant in the form of electronic documents by the corresponding institutions.

5. Do I need IELTS scores when preparing my application?

No, IELTS scores can be retaken after application. In the absence of IELTS scores, the applied Offer is a conditional Offer.

6. Why do you want to apply for conditional admission in advance?

In the whole application process, the most time-consuming process is to submit the application materials for the first time and wait for the admission notice. The waiting time is usually 2 to 6 weeks, which will be extended depending on whether it is at the peak of Australian university application. After that, it will be replaced by full Offer and CoE, and the school can usually handle it in a few working days. Then, if you are a fresh graduate, you want to enroll in the master's program that started in Australia in July when you graduate from college in June. If you put off your application until April and May, it will probably be too late by the end of your senior year.

Another reason why students don't have to wait until they finish the IELTS test before applying for a university is: in fact, it is often more secure, more targeted and more successful to take the IELTS test after getting the conditional admission notice.

7. If I don't need IELTS scores when applying for the conditional admission notice, when should I submit my final IELTS scores?

Try to submit the final IELTS score two to three months before the start of the main course. Because you need to reserve time to apply for a full Offer, pay tuition, change CoE, submit a visa, and wait for the sign.

If you are not sure about the IELTS score required by the school, you need to confirm the start time of the college language course in advance. Similarly, you should submit the final IELTS score two to three months in advance according to the start time.

8. Do Australian universities accept TOEFL scores without IELTS?

Most Australian universities accept TOEFL scores. Before preparing for the TOEFL test, please consult the University official website or confirm with your tutor.

9. How do I know my average score?

Australian universities will evaluate two kinds of academic achievements when hearing applications. The first is GPA (Average Grade Point Average-Grade Point). The second is arithmetic average (that is, all scores are added and divided by the total number of subjects). Most universities judge whether you meet the admission requirements according to the second article. So if you are the report card of GPA algorithm, you'd better calculate the arithmetic average yourself. It is convenient for consultants to locate your application school.
