Two, where the cadres and workers who work in our province and have permanent residence in our province (or both husband and wife), their children can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province;

Third, because of the need to be employed by organs, enterprises and institutions, cadres, workers and scientific and technological personnel whose registered permanent residence has moved to our province, and who meet the provisions of the third paragraph of the "Document No.007 (2000) of the Youth Education Recruitment Committee", their children can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province (at the time of registration, recruiters must provide letters of appointment issued by the Provincial Personnel Department according to regulations);

Four, where the household registration in our province and industrial and commercial registration for more than five years, the children of individual workers in Qingdao high school, can enter oneself for an examination in ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province, otherwise, not to enter oneself for an examination;

Five, in our province for five years and above, cadres and workers transferred from Qinghai, children's accounts in Qinghai, high school must study in Qinghai, can enter oneself for an examination in ordinary universities and technical secondary schools inside and outside the province. Cadres and workers who have gone through retirement procedures in our province and settled outside the province, their children's accounts remain in Qinghai, and they can apply for ordinary colleges and technical secondary schools inside and outside the province;

Six, less than five years of work in our province, cadres and workers have been transferred, children's accounts remain in Qinghai, high school in Qingdao for three years. Belonging to urban hukou, you can apply for ordinary colleges and secondary schools in the province;

Seven, where the account moved to our province but no immediate family members in our province's youth, high school must be in the green for three years, can enter oneself for an examination of ordinary colleges and universities in the province, otherwise, shall not enter oneself for an examination;

Eight, for individual special circumstances and no immediate family members in Qingdao, such as orphans are adopted (raised), approved by the legal department and notarized, and the high school stage must be in Qingdao for three years, you can apply for colleges and universities inside and outside the province. Originally from Qinghai, they moved to other provinces with their parents, but later they could not continue to live and study in other places for special reasons, and returned to Qinghai to take refuge with relatives and friends. After examination, they were allowed to apply for ordinary colleges and secondary specialized schools in the province.
