If my immigrant visa is rejected, can I get an American tourist visa?
The refusal of visas in the United States can be roughly divided into four situations:
Category I: Personal conditions are good, visa is refused:
1. Some people think they are very qualified and know English, so they are too blind and confident. So they fill in the application form and prepare the materials needed for the visa themselves. Because of no visa experience, insufficient visa materials or incorrect forms, the visa was refused. There are many such people.
2. Some people are refused visas because the prepared materials tend to emigrate, and such people also exist.
3. Some people have not received face-to-face training because they are not good at expression and internal communication. I was very nervous when I met the American visa officer, and I was rejected because I couldn't answer the visa officer's questions accurately and fluently. There are also such people.
4. There is another saying called "a little back" because the immigration officer was in a bad mood that day and was refused a visa. Such people can only say that they are unlucky. Very few.
Category II: Personal conditions are average, visa is refused:
Such people are usually not qualified to apply for a visa, and they lack the conditions to apply for a visa, so they need to prepare new materials to apply for a visa. After the guidance of American-level consultants, they generally have a chance to pass.
The third category: refusal due to poor personal conditions;
Usually, such people do not have the conditions to apply for a visa to the United States and Canada, and they need to find a new senior consultant or even a lawyer to guide them to have a chance to pass.
Category IV: Persons blacklisted by the embassy are refused visas:
Generally, such people will be refused visas for more than two times, because the information in the previous two forms is inconsistent and they are blacklisted by the embassy for cheating. If it has been blacklisted by the US and Canadian embassies, it is basically difficult to pass the visa review. You must ask a lawyer to write to the Immigration Bureau and contact the visa exemption before you can continue to apply for a US-Canada visa.
