Xinlitun Town, belonging to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Heishan County, bordering Yingchengzi Township in the east, Xuetun Township in the south, furong town in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the west and Shijiazi Town in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the north.
