Political disunity gives all ethnic minorities (Xiongnu, Xianbei, Jie, Di and Qiang) a good opportunity to emigrate.

3. In the battle of the Central Plains, a large number of Han people moved to the politically stable south, so the Central Plains was vast and sparsely populated, which objectively allowed ethnic minorities to fill the regional vacuum.

4. In order to consolidate their rule, the ethnic minority regimes constantly expand their land and increase their population. Therefore, in addition to plundering their opponents' land and population through war, they also strengthened their own strength by changing their political strategies, such as encouraging themselves or other ethnic groups in the northern grasslands to immigrate to their own countries. Some preferential policies, such as encouraging land reclamation, reducing taxes and so on, have indeed made many ethnic minorities give up nomadic life and integrate into the life of the Central Plains. After hundreds of years of great integration (365,438+07 to 589), they have become a member of the Han family.
