Why do Shiyan people speak Henan dialect?

Shiyan people speak Henan dialect because Shiyan is adjacent to the Xixia in Henan and has the same accent. Shiyan is the seat of Dongfeng Company and an immigrant city. The urban areas are all outsiders, mainly from Northeast China and Wuhan, and there are also a few mainlanders. Therefore, there are many people who speak Mandarin and Henan dialect in the urban area, because it is close to Henan.
