Liu, born in June, 1963, is from luoshan county, Xinyang City, Henan Province, and Yangquan, Shanxi Province. Bachelor degree, senior engineer, science fiction writer, member of Chinese Writers Association, member of Chinese Popular Science Writers Association, and one of the representative sci-fi writers in China.
