How many days does it take from Lijiang to Xinjiang by train? Do I need to change trains on the way?

Take a bus from Lijiang to Chengdu first, and then fly or train from Chengdu to Urumqi. This route is the best. Chengdu to Urumqi is very cheap. Besides, where do you want to go in Xinjiang?
