Is the UK IELTS or TOEFL?

The second difference between TOEFL and IELTS is the form of the exam, which will directly affect your exam results. TOEFL is a purely computer-based test, which is completely completed on the computer. Then IELTS is a written test plus an interview (listening, reading and writing are all paper and pencil answers). The oral test is a one-on-one face-to-face communication with the examiner.
