Lubumbashi city. In Kinlubumbashi, Congo, the public security environment is relatively good. The range of Congolese rebellion is only near Kinshasa, the capital, and Lubumbashi is in the south of Congo, separated from the capital by tropical rain forests and mountains, which is relatively closed and safe.
