How do seniors go to work in Hong Kong?

You can't just work in Hong Kong. Unless the following conditions are met.

1. If you are a graduate of eight local government-funded universities in Hong Kong, you can apply through the "Application Form for Mainland Students to Stay and Work in Hong Kong".

2. "Outstanding Talents Program". If you have a doctor's degree or equivalent education or equivalent professional qualification, you can come to work in Hong Kong through this scheme.

3. "Professional Talents Program". This plan was launched by the Hong Kong government last year. If you are an outstanding professional in this major (with a senior professional title), you can come to work in Hong Kong through some plans. Even if you don't have an employer before you come to Hong Kong, you can live in Hong Kong for two years, but there are quotas.
