Will the relocation of the Bailongjiang Project pass through Guanzi Town?

According to a notice from the Gansu Provincial Government, the Bailongjiang water diversion project involves the following places: Gannan, Longnan, Dingxi, Tianshui City in Gansu, Guanzi Town, Pingliang, Qingyang, Qinzhou District, 6 cities and prefectures, 26 counties, cities, and 113 towns.

The Bailongjiang Water Diversion Project is a large-scale cross-basin water resources allocation project that diverts water from the upper reaches of the Bailong River, a tributary of the Jialing River, to Tianshui, Pingliang, Qingyang, Gansu Province, and 24 counties (districts) in 4 cities and Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. It meets the requirements "Yangtze River Basin Comprehensive Plan" and "Yellow River Basin Comprehensive Plan", and have been included in the list of 150 major water conservancy projects that the country has promoted in the past three years.
