1. The proof of income should be written on the stationery of the company where parents work, which is more official.

3. Subject content of income certificate:

This is to certify that XXX is an employee of our company, who came to work in our company from XXXX and is currently working in XX department, so that visa officers can have a general understanding. After that, the annual income of XXX in recent three years was RMB.

4. Personal income tax: parents need to pay personal income tax if their annual income exceeds a certain amount. In this case, they need to attach the paid tax bill. If the annual income does not exceed the specified amount, it can be stated in the income certificate that the individual income tax has been withheld and remitted by the company.

The income certificate issued must be true, because the visa officer will investigate, and if it is found to be false or forged, there will be serious consequences of "permanent refusal".

6. After the deposit certificate is issued, it needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit and then signed by the manager.

7. Finally, the English version of the income certificate is required, and the seal and signature of the unit are also required.

8. In addition, it is best to attach the monthly salary card of parents for nearly six months and stamp it as the reference for visa officers.
