Xinhua County belongs to Loudi City, Hunan Province. It is located in the middle of Hunan, the middle reaches of Zijiang River, and the southeast foot of the northern section of Xuefeng Mountain (called Meishan in ancient times). It is located at 27 31'~ 2814' north latitude and165438+45' ~165438+41'east longitude, with a total area of 3,642 square kilometers.
