What documents and procedures do Taiwan Province people with green cards need to get married with mainlanders?

1. Apply to the Notary Office of the Taiwan Province Provincial District Court for single notarization and unrelated notarization.

2. Take the notarial certificate to the mainland and quasi-mainland spouses for marriage registration, and at the same time, the mainland spouses should also apply for a notarial marriage certificate and send it to SEF through ARATS.

4. After notarizing the marriage certificate in Taiwan Province Province, apply to the immigration department for the mainland spouse to go to Taiwan.

5. After the mainland spouse goes to Taiwan, go through the marriage registration formalities at the city hall.
