Patients with PSROC need to receive a maintenance treatment of PARP inhibitor (PARPi) before, and the last platinum chemotherapy can achieve remission. Patients were enrolled in BRCAm and BRCAwt groups and randomly assigned to receive Olapari maintenance therapy (300 mg bid) or placebo. The main end point is PFS. After the meta-analysis of the data of a single patient, the fixed and random effect models, interaction and stratified test in COX model were used to combine the two cohorts. Stepwise multivariate Cox model was used to evaluate PFS, and logistic regression model was used to evaluate late recurrence (after random grouping >: disease progression 24 weeks). All analysis models include random stratification criteria and queue effect.
