The mother's hukou is Han nationality, and the child's hukou is minority nationality. Transfer to the mother's account or ethnic minorities. The migration of household registration will not affect the nationalities on the household registration (it will not change), and the nationalities on the household registration can apply for revision.

I. Application for revision of ethnic conditions:

The ethnic composition of an individual can only be determined according to the ethnic composition of his father or mother, and it cannot be traced back upward (to the next generation), let alone horizontally.

1. If the child is under the age of 18 (including the adoption of children of other nationalities and the adoption relationship has been notarized by the notary department), parents should apply for changing the ethnic composition of their children on the basis of confirming the ethnic composition.

2. If the age is over 18 and under 20, and the ethnic composition of both parents is different, the children themselves shall apply for changing the ethnic composition according to the ethnic composition of their parents. Those who have reached the age of 20 will no longer change their ethnic composition.

3. Both parents are ethnic minorities. If the ethnic composition of a child is inconsistent with that of both parents and is not limited by age, you can apply to change the ethnic composition.

4. The adoption relationship and marriage relationship between adults of different nationalities may not apply for changing their ethnic composition.

5. Foreigners who are naturalized in China and whose ethnic composition is the same as or similar to that of the existing ethnic groups in China may apply for declaration as the same or similar ethnic group as that of China, but they must apply within two years after naturalization.

6. If one parent is from China, or if one parent applies to fill in the ethnic composition of China after becoming a citizen of China, the children with China nationality should fill in the ethnic composition of China.

Two, to declare the revision of ethnic materials:

(2) Valid certificates concerning national identity:

1, household registration book, permanent population registration form or household registration book of the applicant and his parents, and household registration migration certificate;

2. The marriage certificate of the applicant's parents and the applicant's birth certificate, or relevant certification materials that can prove the relationship between the applicant and the father (mother) and son (daughter) of the changed ethnic group;

3, because of the adoption relationship to apply for change, should also provide the adoption registration certificate, adoption registration certificate; If the adoption was notarized before 1994, provide the notarized adoption certificate at that time.

(3) A certificate from the personnel department of my unit or the subdistrict office or the township people's government (the parent-child relationship between the applicant and the change applicant and the authenticity of the materials provided are required).

Third, modify the ethnic procedures:

Change the ethnic composition:

Individual citizens who apply for the change of ethnic composition, with a written application and valid certificates about ethnic composition, as well as the certificate from the personnel department of the unit where the applicant works or the neighborhood offices and township people's governments, shall go to the county-level ethnic affairs department (or the competent ethnic affairs department) in the jurisdiction where the domicile of the change person is located to fill out a unified application form for the change of ethnic composition in the whole province (downloaded from the website of the Civil Affairs Bureau or collected free of charge at the local ethnic affairs department). The relevant application materials shall be audited by the ethnic affairs department at the county level. In line with the conditions, the county-level ethnic affairs department will report the relevant materials to the Municipal Ethnic Affairs Committee for examination, and the Municipal Ethnic Affairs Committee will issue a certificate of change of ethnic composition after examination and approval. After receiving the Certificate of Change of Ethnic Composition, the applicant shall go through the formalities of changing ethnic composition with the certificate and valid certification materials at the accreditation center of the public security organ where the account of the change person is located.

Foreigners who are naturalized in China voluntarily apply to declare as ethnic elements in China, and go through the relevant formalities with the certificate issued by their unit.

(2) Correct the ethnic composition of citizens:

If the registration of citizens' ethnic composition is wrong due to household registration migration, census, household registration change and other factors, those who apply for correction of ethnic composition are not subject to age restrictions. The applicant shall, in accordance with the procedure of changing ethnic composition, submit a written application for correction to the ethnic affairs department of the county where the household registration is located, and provide the existing household registration book (permanent population registration form or household registration certificate letter), the certificate of ethnic composition registration error issued by the household registration department of the public security organ, and the household registration record (original household registration book, permanent population registration form, household registration certificate, etc.) that was originally registered as the correct ethnic composition.

Fourth, the processing time limit:

The ethnic work department shall examine and approve the applicants who change or correct the ethnic composition every quarter.

1, if the county (city) level ethnic work department verifies that it meets the change conditions in the second half of each quarter, it shall fill in the form and submit it to the municipal (state) ethnic work department together with the supporting materials.

2, the city (state) ethnic work department in the first half of the third month of each quarter to review the application materials, after the audit stamped with a special seal for proof, issued a certificate.
