Location and process of applying for a study visa in Japan:

3. Prepare delivery materials:

Take the Japanese Embassy in China as an example. The materials required for visa application are as follows:

A. Passport (valid for more than half a year)

One original and one copy of residence qualification certificate in China.

5. Submit visa materials:

6. Waiting for the telephone survey:

Due to the increasing number of students studying in Japan, the examination of materials is also very strict when applying for visas. During this period, you may also receive a telephone survey from the embassy. Therefore, within a few days after we submit the materials to the embassy, we should ensure the smooth flow of mobile phones, calmly deal with the telephone survey, and then wait for the signing of the bill.
