What materials do international students need to re-enter the UK?
1, print list of online visa application materials, which can be downloaded after online application;
2. A valid travel document or passport;
3. Admission Confirmation Letter (CAS) number (provided in the visa application form);
4. TB test certificate issued by authorized clinic (staying for more than 6 months);
5. Proof of academic qualifications and technical review (if required in the school admission confirmation letter);
6. Old biometric information cards that are still valid (if any);
7. Supplementary materials required by level 4 (ordinary) applicants under the age of 18 on the day of online application;
8. Written consent from parents or legal guardians to travel to the UK and arrange transportation to the UK. The consent form must also indicate that your parents or legal guardians agree that you can live independently in the UK;
9. Proof of relationship with parents or legal guardians: birth certificate, household registration book, one-child certificate, or adoption certificate (if adopted). Please note that the British Visa Immigration Office does not accept justice issued by the relevant authorities in China.
If you are under the age of 16 (if you are disabled under the age of 18) and will live in the UK with adults who are not parents, legal guardians or close relatives for more than 28 days (that is, being cared for by private host families), the consent form of parents or legal guardians must confirm the care arrangement and provide the following information:
1, the relationship between parents and the applicant's caregiver;
2. The residential addresses of the applicant and the carer in the UK;
3. Parents or legal guardians support the application for a British visa and authorize caregivers to take care of the applicants during their stay in the UK;
4. The commitment letter provided by the nursing staff confirmed the detailed information about the nursing arrangement, including:
1) Name, current address and contact information of the caregiver;
2) The addresses of the caregiver and the applicant in the UK (if different from the current address of the caregiver);
3) Confirm that the provided residence is a private address and is not operated by the company, such as hotels and youth hostels;
4) The relationship between parents or legal guardians and caregivers;
5) The nurse agrees to provide nursing arrangements for the applicant;
6) During the class, the caregiver should spend at least 570 pounds per month (up to 9 months) to take care of the applicant and provide accommodation for the applicant;
7) The information of other people cared by the caregiver, as well as the date of the letter of commitment and the signature of the caregiver;
8) A notarized certificate of the caregiver's valid passport, travel document or naturalization certificate, which is used to confirm that the caregiver can live in the UK, and the notarized certificate must be issued in the UK;
10. The following materials prove that the caretaker has been registered with the local authorities in the UK:
1) A letter from your parents, legal guardians or caregivers to a local British institution confirming that you will be taken care of by a private host family during your stay in the UK. And the British local authorities confirm that they have received a reply from the relevant arrangements of private host families, that is, 16 or 17 years old, allowing them to live independently in the UK;
2) The consent form of parents or legal guardians must clearly state that the applicant can live independently in the UK. In addition, translations of non-English materials that can be independently checked must be provided. The translator must confirm in the translation:
① Correct translation of original materials;
② translation date;
(3) The translator's full name and signature;
④ Contact information of translators;

From July 6th, 20 18, the materials that China citizens need to submit to apply for a Level 4 visa will be simplified. When applying for a visa, China students no longer need to submit proof of funds, education or English proficiency.
However, all China students still need to meet the requirements related to Level 4 visas. The British Visa and Immigration Office reserves the right to ask applicants to provide complete materials by random sampling.
