At that time, the situation of the Yellow River seizing the Huaihe River became more and more serious, and Fengyang was often affected, which caused great damage to agricultural production. Coupled with the increasing burden on the people at the end of the Ming Dynasty, the situation of "ten years and nine famines" was caused. Undoubtedly, this has nothing to do with Zhu Yuanzhang who has been dead for many years.
