Studying in Australia: A New Adjustment of Accounting Immigrants' Career Evaluation

From July 20 10, the vocational evaluation of Australian ordinary skilled immigrants was adjusted, and the following six occupations were added: accountant (ordinary), external auditor, management accountant, tax accountant, financial manager and corporate treasurer.

In the newly adjusted policy, in order to meet the above-mentioned new job evaluation, applicants must have: formal education; At least the Australian bachelor's degree and CPA English level recognized by AEI-Noosr must meet the relevant requirements.

The specific standard of English proficiency is that you must pass the IELTS academic test, that is, the score of listening, speaking, reading and writing is not less than 7. If you have obtained an Australian accounting degree (bachelor's degree or master's degree), you can apply to participate in the interpersonal program of skilled immigrants (accounting) within 6 months after obtaining the degree, also known as vocational year study.

At least 9 core courses of 12 are required by both undergraduate and master students. The main core courses include:-accounting system and process,-financial accounting,-management accounting, accounting theory, accounting theory,-finance,-auditing, commercial law-commercial law, economics-economics, quantitative analysis-quantitative method, information system design and development-information system design and development, tax law-tax law, company law, Australian tax law-Australian tax law.

Each newly nominated occupation must complete four compulsory courses to meet the CPA certification of the occupation.
