You can't. Thailand elite visa can't take the Tsinghua exam, while Thailand elite visa can take the entrance exam for overseas Chinese students in China. Thailand elite visa was first introduced in 2003, sponsored by the Thai government tourist office and immigration bureau. It is the first national-level member sponsored by the government in the world, aiming at attracting and encouraging high-net-worth individuals who visit Thailand for business or leisure.
