Intelligent products, intelligent equipment and intelligent production methods.

Product intelligence. Product intelligence is to integrate sensors, processors, memories, communication modules and transmission systems into various products, so that products have dynamic storage, perception and communication capabilities, and products can be traced, identified and located. Computers, smart phones, smart TVs, intelligent robots and smart wear are all "aborigines" of the Internet of Things. These products are from the network terminals they produce. Traditional air conditioners, refrigerators, cars, machine tools, etc. They are all "immigrants" of the Internet of Things, and these products need to be connected to the online world in the future. Experts estimate that by 2020, there will be more than 50 billion "aborigines" and "immigrants" in the Internet of Things, and this process will last for 10, 20 or even 50 years.

Smart devices. Through the integration of advanced manufacturing, information processing, artificial intelligence and other technologies, an intelligent production system with self-organization and self-adaptation functions such as perception, analysis, reasoning, decision-making, execution, autonomous learning and maintenance, as well as networked and collaborative production facilities can be formed, which belongs to intelligent equipment. In the era of Industry 4.0, the process of equipment intelligence can be carried out from two dimensions: single machine intelligence, and intelligent production line, intelligent workshop and intelligent factory formed by the interconnection of single machine equipment. It should be emphasized that the simple transformation of R&D and production end is not the whole of intelligent manufacturing, and the transformation of the former based on channel and consumer insight is also an important part. Only by combining and complementing each other can we complete the end-to-end intelligent manufacturing transformation of the whole chain.

Intelligent production mode. The essence of new formats and models, such as personalized customization, minimalist production, service-oriented manufacturing and cloud manufacturing, is to reorganize the relationship among customers, suppliers, sellers and internal organizations of enterprises, reconstruct the operation modes of information flow, product flow and capital flow in production systems, and rebuild new industrial value chain, ecosystem and competition pattern. In the industrial age, the value of products is defined by enterprises. What products the enterprise produces, what users buy, what prices the enterprise sets, what users spend-the initiative is entirely in the hands of the enterprise. Intelligent manufacturing can realize personalized customization, which not only eliminates intermediate links, but also accelerates commercial flow. Product value is no longer defined by enterprises, but by users-only those users recognize, participate and share, users will not say that your bad products have market value.
