Advantages and disadvantages of emigrating to Spain

Legal analysis: Spain's immigration threshold is high, and the Spanish housing immigration law stipulates that you must buy more than 500,000 euros of real estate locally before you can handle it. Plus some miscellaneous expenses such as taxes and fees for buying a house, the total expenditure is nearly 600,000 euros, while the immigration threshold of European countries such as Greece is 250,000 euros, and the total cost of related miscellaneous expenses is only about 270,000 euros, and Greece still directly takes permanent residence status. China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country.
