How to punish illegal entry into Malaysia?

According to article 6( 1)(C) of the Immigration Law1959/63 (revised in 2002) (entering Malaysia without any documents), it is illegal to enter Malaysia without a valid passport and travel document, or without a valid entry certificate on the passport.

The penalty for this crime is a fine of not more than10,000 ringgit, or imprisonment of not more than 5 years or both, and flogging of not more than 6 times.

So, please don't commit a crime intentionally!
