On-the-job internship is a way for students to practice in school. Students in non-basic education schools usually arrange internships before graduation, including centralized internships, decentralized internships, and on-the-job internships.

Adopting on-the-job internship mode enables students to fully perform all the duties of internship positions, which is extremely challenging and plays a great role in cultivating students' ability.
