(3) If a person who holds a valid passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao and goes to Hong Kong and Macao for employment through a labor management company continues to apply for a stay endorsement during his employment in Hong Kong and Macao, the labor management company may apply for a stay endorsement on his behalf. The labor management company shall file the company seal and the signature of the person in charge with the entry-exit administration department of the relevant public security organ where the labor management company is located in advance.
