Why can't Sansha City go?

Because of Sansha's strategic position and limited living environment, there is no open immigration policy here.

Only the staff of government agencies, organizations, enterprises and institutions in the city live in Yongxing Island. At present, Sansha City cannot become a free travel holiday destination.
