How to apply for a Dutch work visa

1. visa application form, to be filled in and signed by the applicant.

2. Two recent color photos, 3X4cm in front and white background.

3. Passport is valid for not less than 90 days after returning to China, and must have at least one blank visa page.

4. air ticket reservation form, note: please don't buy air tickets before obtaining visa approval!

5. Itinerary and hotel orders

6. Medical insurance is applicable to Schengen countries within the validity period of the visa. The insurance amount is at least 30,000 euros, which is used for emergency medical treatment and medical expenses for returning home.

7. The original certificate letter of the company (the certificate letter must be written in English or Chinese+translated into English), written on official stationery, stamped with the official seal, and marked with:

-Full address and contact person of the company.

-Name and position of the signatory

-Name, position, salary and working years of the applicant;

-Leave permission

-Copy of business license

8. Original account and copies of all pages (China applicants only)

9. Proof of economic status

(Note: Lack of funds does not mean that the visa will be automatically refused! Bank certificates of deposit are not proof of daily income! )

People who have jobs: show the company certification letter (in English or Chinese, with Chinese translation) on the official stationery, affix the official seal, write the date and indicate:

-address, telephone number and fax number of the company;

-The name and position of the signatory;

-Name, position, salary and working years of the applicant;

-Leave permission.

Retirees: show pension or other daily income certificates.

Unemployed adults: married: proof of work or spouse's income (see: people with jobs)+marriage certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Unmarried: other proof of daily income.

Minors show their parents'/legal guardians' work income certificate (see: those who have jobs)+marriage certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

10./kloc-minors under the age of 0/8: student id card+original school permission letter, indicating:

-Full school address and telephone number

-Leave permission

-Name and location of the dummy.

1 1. Minors traveling alone or with one of their parents:

-notarized travel permit issued by parents or legal guardians of both parties and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

-Notarial certificate of kinship certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.

12. Copy: identity page and signature page of passport.
