Guatemala immigration application materials

1) Original and scanned copy of the applicant's China passport; 2) A notarized scanned copy of the applicant's birth certificate (in Chinese and English); If you need to apply for birth notarization, please provide the original birth certificate issued by the applicant company (indicating my name, place of birth, date of birth and parents' names) and a scanned copy of the ID card household registration book. 3) A notarized scanned copy of the applicant with no criminal record (in Chinese and English); * If you need our help to handle the notarization of no crime, please provide the original certificate of no criminal record issued by the police station where the applicant's household registration is located, and the scanned copy of ID card and household registration book. 4) Scanned fingerprint of the applicant (inked with oily ink on two pieces of A4 paper); 5) A scanned 2-inch photo of the applicant's passport (one with a blue background and one with a white background); 6) the applicant's height and weight data; 7) Pinyin signature of the applicant (the upper, middle and lower lines are marked on A4 paper, and the name on China passport should be signed in pinyin letters, and the letters should be written as large as possible). 8) The marital status of the applicant. If you are married and have children, please provide the name and date of birth of your spouse and the name and date of birth of your children.
