Civil servants can't go to Macao

With reference to the Interim Provisions on Strengthening the Administration of State Staff Going Abroad for Private Purposes (hereinafter referred to as the Provisions), the State staff registered for the record are explained as follows:

The national staff referred to in the 1. Regulation refers to national civil servants and national staff managed by reference to civil servants.

Personnel engaged in official duties in state-owned companies and enterprises, and personnel assigned by state organs, state-owned companies, enterprises and institutions to non-state-owned enterprises and social organizations are regarded as state employees.

Two, the following national staff (hereinafter referred to as "applicants") for private applications to go abroad (border), shall submit the opinions of their work units to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ on the applicant to go abroad (border).

(a) leading cadres at or above the county (department) level of party and government organs at all levels, people's congresses, CPPCC, people's courts, people's procuratorates, people's organizations and institutions, and retired cadres at or above the department (bureau) level;

(2) Legal representatives of financial institutions and state-owned enterprises, leading members of financial institutions at or above the county level and leading cadres at corresponding ranks, middle-level and above managers of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and representatives of state-owned shares of state-owned holding and shareholding enterprises;

(three) personnel involved in national security, state-owned assets security and business secrets in various departments and industries.

If the applicant does not belong to the above-mentioned national staff, it is suggested that the applicant should consult the personnel department of the subordinate unit before going abroad whether it belongs to the registered personnel.
